You have requested the number of FOI Users from 2016 to the present.

I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved. This is to inform you that we are unable to share documents from SINGLE JOINT RESEARCH ETHICS BOARD (SJREB) , especially those related to clinical trials. As stated in our guidelines, SOP Version 3 - Documentation and Archiving, Section 9.1 Classification of Documents as Confidential: "SJREB follows that the access to confidential documents is restricted to members, staff, and participating sites but limited access can be provided to non-members who have a legitimate purpose to access the documents" Please see click the link for the SJREB SOP version 3 for your reference: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1LatiEXRFrMjl5Y6GcUAAohb-mmYxiFgi?usp=drive_link

Further, if this is part of the research data collection, the site (SJREB) has to be provided for with a copy of the approval duly issued by a PHREB-accredited research ethics committee. Your right to request a review
