Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the Local Government Unit (LGU) where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate.

Your right to request a review

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOl request, you have the option to request an internal review.
