I have reason to believe assistant city prosecutor Mark Oliver Sison and DOJ Required witness Wilnor Yusi are working illegally together to falsify PDEA cases. He ignores DOJ Circular 011 and levies maximum bail recommendations on indigent defendents. He allows PDEA to falsely sign affidavits with him as administering officer and even falsified inquest resolutions. I would like to know Mark Oliver Sison's conviction rate in PDEA cases.
