Good day! I would like to request for information regarding statistical report on child maltreatment or violation cases reported to DOJ in the year 2018 - 2023 for my Architecture Thesis 1. Child Abuse Cases reported to the Department of Justice (DOJ), 2018- 2023 Community Based and Center Based; total child abused cases in Philippines and each region. 2. Child Abuse Cases Reported to the Department of Justice (DOJ) by Category, 2018 - 2023 Thank you!

Thank you for your request dated Sept. 17, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested no. of child abuse cases.

Please be informed that as of writing, the DOJ only has available case statistical digest up to the year 2022 and cases are compiled in general. The DOJ is still finalizing statistics for 2023. You can view the said information by following this link https://doj.gov.ph/open_data.html.

Moreover, if you are in need of child abuse or child related cases, it may be best if you coordinate with the PNP Women and Children's Protection Desk or the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC).
