Hello! Good day.. I am a victim of illegal dismissal of the company Star 8 Green Technology Corporation. Labor Arbiter Laudimer Samar made a decision and recommend the total amount of back wages and other monetary claims that my former employer should pay me which attached to his decision paper. Apparently, my former employer submit an Appeal wherein they question my salary that used by the Labor Arbiter for computing the back wages wherein in my own opinion the company legal counsel made the action to delay the payment for me. Please help me to check and follow up in the office of NLRC Commission whom now handle my case. Because up to now the copy furnish of the Appeal for my legal counsel still not yet receive. I want to know also if Star 8 Green Technology Corporation, comply to the ruling of the NLRC about submitting an Appeal. For me as a victim of labor abused I need an assistance because I want justice for myself suffering anxiety and depression made by my former employer. Your kindness and support will be one of my strength. Thank you.
