In behalf of my classmates from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, we are currently conducting research on the employment of persons with disabilities (PWDs) within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector in Metro Manila. To aid on our research, we are seeking specific data regarding the employment of PWDs in BPO Companies across each city within Metro Manila. The data we are requesting includes the following categories: -Number of PWDs employed in BPO Companies -Gender breakdown -job functions -number of PWDs for each type of disability This information is crucial for our thesis titled "The Relationship Between Organizational Inclusivity Practices and Job Satisfaction of Persons with Disabilities", which aims to analyze the inclusivity practices of BPO companies and their relationship on job satisfaction on job satisfaction among PWDs. The findings of this research will contribute to a better understanding of the current employment landscape for PWDs in the BPO industry and may inform future policies and initiatives to promote inclusivity.
