Hi! I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information (FOI) program in fulfillment of my undergraduate thesis entitled, "Exploring the Social Tapestry: The Case of Lifestyle Migrants' Influence on the Ecotourism Host's Quality of Life (QOL) in Brgy. Catangnan, Siargao Island." The information held by your office regarding my request would be crucial in my analysis of the current state of ecotourism in General Luna, Siargao Island, amidst the emergence of lifestyle migration--a relatively new phenomenon that I am highly interested in exploring. My analysis would mainly involve looking at trends and patterns in drawing connections to the increase of foreign nationals residing for long-term in the said locale.
