Good day ma'am/sir, I am a fifth year architecture student at University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines currently conducting an undergraduate thesis titled "HARUHAY: A Proposed Floating Resort Complex featuring Marina with Modern and Green Architecture Approach" as partial requirement of the course Architectural Design 9 Thesis Research Writing. In this regard, I would like to request from your good office of the following data/information: -Site Selection Criteria for Resort especially for Floating Resort -Planning and Design Guidelines for Resort especially for Floating Resort Hoping for your good office's favorable response. Response to Request
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, this Office does not have any data on the information you requested.
Please note that the DOT has no jurisdiction over the area where the business will be established, how it will be developed, or its design. These criteria may be consulted with the local government unit where the structure will be established especially when the owner applies for a building permit. Meanwhile, regulations for coastal areas are within the jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

Your right to request a review
