Hi I would like to request information regarding the following: 1. All DOTr Issuances (Memorandum Circulars, Department Orders, Administrative Orders, Implementing Rules and Regulations, Notices, Guidance, Other Issuances) concerning railway (LRT1, LRT2, MRT3, MRT7, MMSP, NSCR/SCR, PNR) operation and maintenance, standards, rules, regulations or similar. This request is following the the DOTr requirement in our Shadow Operator Consultant (SOC) Term of Reference (Sub Task 6.1 Standards for Operation and Maintenance) for MRT4 project.
