Hi! I would like to request for information regarding: DPWH BLUE BOOK 2019 EDITION : STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORK STRUCTURES (Buildings, Ports and Harbors, Flood Control and Drainage Structures and Water Supply Systems) 2019 Edition An electronic file would be appreciated, a pdf, word document or any means of e-file. The purpose is to have an easier access and making of DPWH related work for Planning and Design Section in DAVAO DEL SUR, DEO DIGOS. Dear eFOI user,

Thank you for your request dated yesterday, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide your request inasmuch as we are not authorized to distribute the electronic copies of the said Bluebook. The Department only allows distribution of the hard copies of both and retails it for the price of Php 1,600.00 per book.

You may call our Supply and Property Management Division to purchase the said book through these contact numbers: 5304-3257 / 3533.

Your right to request a review

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. To initiate this process, kindly submit your written appeal for review addressed to DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan. Please provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with our response within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving this response. We will conduct the review and communicate the outcome within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your review request.

Should you remain unsatisfied with the review outcome, you retain the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
