Hi good day I would to ask If there is a pending construction that need to be done here in histos Bulacan , from bonga menor to tibagan bustos Bulacan road I'm just concerned citizen who experience pain, going on my job daily,because as a commuters it's hard for me to look for transportation needed, because some drivers avoid to travel the road from bonga menor to tibagan road , and as far as I know , there's already a 3 elections past since the road being constructed , the road is not safe ,specially when heavy rains fall , I'm looking for answer why the road is not planned to construct after how many years
