We have received your request on demographics of children with special needs, dated yesterday.
Upon initial assessment of your revised submitted request we have determined that your request for report or data for children with special needs ages 3-7 years old in CALABARZON, is not reasonably described. As such, it does not meet the requirements outlined in paragraph (c), Section 5, item 1.2 of the Agency FOI Manual[1], which specifies the criteria for a valid request. Therefore, it does not qualify as a valid request under the Freedom of Information (FOI) program.
