Hi Sirs/Madams: Sometime the period 1998 to 2000 I remember having been registered by our Talaandig tribe in Musuan Bukidnon as member when I helped them in their land rights claim over Central Mindanao University lands. I was given an ID but lost it in a fire in 1999. May i know if you have a record on file and if i can be issued again a new ID. Thank you Edilberto P.Cabardo
