Purpose: To Find a Definitive Answer to a Burning Question, Apparently Not Much Asked, So Without Easily-Accessible Public-Info on the Matter
Tracking no: #NEDA-148101608960
I was astounded to find that it took 1963, with the "Equal Pay Act" (Public Law 88-38) for women in the U.S. to legally be able to open a bank-account, & 1974, with the "Equal Credit Opportunity Act" (Pub.L. 93-495), to do so without discrimination. How about in the Philippines? Did women in our country ever have this issue? If so, until when and with what law(s)?
