Dear eFOI user,
Thank you for your request dated Feb. 11, 2025, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your request
You requested the following:
· Access to copies of all volumes of CBMS-related publications from the PIDS library specifically, The Many Faces of Poverty
· Data on the population of each LGU for each CBMS data collection conducted
Response to your request
While our office aims to provide relevant information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that we do not produce the specific data you have requested. The PIDS Library also has a copy of the publication titled “The Many Faces of Poverty” (Volumes 1 to 5). However, these publications are not available online. To access these publications, you may visit the library in person. For any other library-related concerns, please send your inquiries to [email protected].
Furthermore, the project is under the DLSU-Angelo King Institute for Economic and Business Studies (DLSU-AKI). We suggest that you coordinate with DLSU-AKI for more information about the CBMS data used for the study.
Please check also with the Philippine Statistical Authority (PSA) for recent updates on CBMS data collection activities. The collection and handling of CBMS data has been assigned by the government to the PSA.
Also, please feel free to check other PIDS publications that are available on our website (https://www.pids.gov.ph/publications). You may want to visit the Socioeconomic Research Portal for the Philippines (SERP-P) website (https://serp-p.pids.gov.ph/) to access research papers produced not only by PIDS, but also by our partner academic and research institutions.
