I am waiting for the right department to be enlisted on the dropdown menu but I hope it will reach them regarding my inquiry. My dad is urging me to put my name on the land that he own which only have a declaration paper. I need to resurvey the land because it is a portion of a land. I was told that I can pay an engr (Municipal Engr) and he will help in arranging the papers. Questions: 1. Is there a standard rate of charges professional charges (geodetic engrs) or what is the breakdown of the charges? 2. Is it even legal to let the Engr. do all the arranging? 3. how is it done legally? TY!
