Good Day Ma'am/Sir, I would like to request an age waiver for my application in PNP Region 6. I passed my NAPOLCOM exam this last April 9, 2022, I am 30 years old turning 31 years old this december 27,2022.I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology(Major in Electrical Technology). Hopefully that my application for age waiver will be approved by your good office. Thank you and Godbless
November 7, 2022 Dear Kervy, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 05, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Age Waiver for Application For PO1. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is a age waiver. the NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such waiver but only in Regional level . However, you may address your concern to Director Ana Burgos Regional Director for NCIP Region 6 & 7 at [email protected], or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir. Ana Burgos at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
