I would like to request a clear copy of "Amnesty Grantees and its Guidelines Dated May 23, 2011", said document was published by Inquirer. some pages of the document published by the said news company were unrecognizable. would appreciate if you could provide us a clearer copy. please refer to the link below for reference.
Said document will be used for research purposes.
