Dear FOI receiving Officer, This is a request for the latest copy of the Boulevard 2000 Integrated Framework Plan including the Revised Design Standards & Guidelines for the Central Business Park 1 - island B&C. I am a registered Architect with PRC #12101 and is working on a study for a proposed mixed use development project within the reclaimed area.
