Hi I would like to request for the following: - Could you provide an overview of the key guidelines and requirements for developing Cinematheque Centres in the Philippines? - Are there specific criteria that regions or cities must meet to be eligible for a Cinematheque Centre? - Are there specific architectural or design guidelines that prospective Cinematheque Centres need to adhere to? - What role does technology play in the development of Cinematheque Centres, and what technical specifications are expected?
