Your Request You asked for Damages Caused by Natural Disasters and the Number of Natural Calamities’ Effect on Philippine Gover. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Attached is the total DOH General Appropriations Act (GAA) Budget, however data for 1987 to 1999 is no longer available. You may research data of emergency fund at http://dbm.gov.ph/budget documents/year and find the line item "Health Emergency Management" and "Quick Response Fund". Youmay also search the DOH website/Transparency Seal, to scroll down to GAA budget, available data is from 2012 to 2020. Further, she may find the NDRRMF report listed in the Transparency Seal helpful since it includes utilization reports Quick Response Fund and other releases from DBM during calamities.
