Hello! As Chair Liza has noted in publicly regarding the archive, "we have been proactive in setting up the infrastructure," and has travel abroad "connecting with international partners who are open to share their best practices," kindly specify what these are.
For Sept2016 - Oct 2018:
-List of specific projects and programs of the Philippine Film Archive (PFA) toward infrastructure-building, and cost per project/program;
-List of best practices from abroad currently implemented in the workflow of PFA;
-List of equipment acquired specifically for the archive and cost per item.

You asked for Film archives spending and operations (part 4).
1. List of specific projects and programs of the PFA toward infrastructure -building, and cost per project program
2. List of best practices from abroad currently implemented in the workflow of the PFA
3. List of equipment acquired specifically for the archive and cost per equipment

Planned Programs of the PFA::
1. Acquisition of equipment specifically players for digitizationof tapes, new storage cabinets, and digitization equipment
2. Establishment of non-film asset archive for posters, photo and others
3. Digitization of inspection sheets and other documents
4. Development of film catalogue and media management system
5. Development of multi-media centers/viweing software
6. ISO filing system and development of efficient workflow of each task
7. Building of permanent facility of PFA
8. Continuous digitization of assets
9. Film Restoration - 2 to 4 films in a year
10. Establishment of film library and film museum
11. Accreditation in international film archiving bodies such as SEAPAVAA and FIAF
12, Introducing Archive workshop in FDCP events such as Film Industry Conference
Please note that costing is still underway for this
Best Practices Currently Implemented:
1. One person per station-to increase efficiency
2. ISO filing system
3. New workflow from film cleaning to film scanning
4. New file coding for digital assets
5.Digitization of inspection reports and other documentation
6.Development of data base for metadata of the film collections
7.Memo system and documentation of all transactions
The list of equipment for archive use and the cost per equipment has already been emailed to you and should you wish to have a hard copy you can go to the FDCP office .
