We would like to request for the copy of GHQ LOI 10-2005 TanggolBayan “Delta” dated 16 November 2005, the interim IRR to EO 264 s187. However, should there be a ne IRR to EO 263 s187, we would like to request a copy of such document. Thank you very much.
