Hi! I would like to request the following information: 1. Specific height restrictions for structures built within a certain distance of the coastline. If available, specifically in San Juan Batangas 2. Any variations in these limits based on specific coastal zone classifications, particularly the sun and beach tourism zone 3. Any online resources or downloadable documents outlining the building height limit near the coast.
