Hi, I would like to get documents that detail the three Marcos jewelry collection sequestered by government, which jewels were auctioned off and how much, and which ones are still in the possession of government as of May 2022.

Hello -

There are three jewelry collections recovered by PCGG and Bureau of Customs (BOC) namely, Hawaii Collections, Malacanang Collections and Roumeliotes Collections (BOC). These jewelry collections are kept at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) vault. No sale or auctions have been made for these recovered jewelry collections and the disclosure of their valuations is not allowed pursuant to the non-disclosure clause of the appraisal reports of the international appraisers/auction houses who conducted the said valuations of the collections.
