Dear IPOPHL/BOP, We are currently researching the list of off-patent and patented medicine and medical compositions in the Philippines. We hope to write a paper to be submitted to a reputable journal on the effectiveness of quama in bringing the price of medicine in the Philippines. Thank you.
To clarify, we would like to know whether there are registered patents or pending applications for synthesis or formulation of NSAIDs such as etoricoxib and celecoxib or their derivatives, and whether these registered patents have already expired.
