Relative to this, may we inform you that based on the review and assessment conducted by the Freedom and Information (FOI) Officers, the said request has been DENIED on the basis that the request is not for public information/document that is covered by Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016. Further, the request has no reason for, nor purpose of, the request for information which is specified in the updated PCUP Freedom of Information (FOI) People’s Manual.
