September 19, 2023 Dear Angelika, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 15, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Original Copy of Certificate of Confirmation from the NCIP. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is not an information but request for certificate. The NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but in the regional office. You may email your concern to Agosto Maglunsod at [email protected] or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir.
