Hi! I would like to request for a copy of the PRA Board Resolution No. 4669 series of 2016. I am researching which type of projects require payment of the "restoration fee" and the corresponding legal basis for charging such fee.

In my previous message, I requested for a copy of the PRA Board Resolution No. 4669 series of 2016 because I was researching which type of projects require payment of the “restoration fee” and the corresponding legal basis for charging such fee. My project is located on titled properties. Because of the new DPWH road beside my property, I need to fill up the land to match the elevation of the road. I am being instructed to secure a “restoration clearance” from PRA prior to filling. I understand from PRA’s website that a “restoration fee” has to be paid to secure such clearance. I am not reclaiming land, so I did not think that PRA would have jurisdiction over the titled properties. I tried browsing through your website and could not find a copy of the PRA board resolution. I am trying to know if the “restoration fee” is indeed applicable to my project.
