Dear Sir/Madam, Good day! I am Pearl Angelie V. Mahusay, a Filipino representative of the Marine and Coastal Construction Services (MACCS), UK, an international construction company interested in the above-subject. MACCS works with dredging and marine civil engineering contractors, consultants and others interested in the Manila Bay Reclamation Project. I would respectfully ask when will be the prequalification date for the reclamation services?
