Good day! I would like to request for an update for the official starting date regarding the Proposed Horizon Manila Reclamation Project in Manila Bay as of CY 2021, that was proposed by JBros Construction and approved by Mayor Isko Moreno. It would be highly appreciated if you can also provide additional information on the project's Notice to Commence Actual Reclamation Works. We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, pursuant to PRA FOI Manual Revised 2021 Edition, under Section 4.2 Requirements of FOI requests.
