Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, you also fill out the fields, in compliance with the PRA FOI Manual 2021 Edition revised under Sec. 4.2.4 which states that "The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific and clearly described. Mere statement of the purpose such as "for research", "for information" or "for legal purpose" or such other general worded purpose will not be considered compliant with the requirement. In such a case, the FRO shall require the requesting party to clarify or indicate sufficient her/his request before the request will be accepted for processing". Therefore, may we request to indicate sufficiently the purpose of your request. And email your Endorsement letter coming from your professor.

Your right to request a review
