Hello there! I have an E-Scooter here (looks like motorcyle, not the typical E-bike). I want to use it as my service going to work. My work is just near Clark Center which is few minutes' drive from where I live. I am currently residing here at Clark Air Base (Housing Area) as my husband is a member of the Philippine Air Force. Can I use it as my service? Hoping to receive positive feedback from you. Thanks and Godbless.
