September 12, 2018 Dear Chris Benzon, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 12, 2018 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested for the Researh and Development. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need to clarify details on your inquiry. May we ask what guidelines are you pertaining with? Moreover, please be advised of the REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10532 or the “Philippine National Health Research System Act of 2013” under Section 13 wherein Regional Health Research Systems. – The PNHRS framework shall be mirrored in all the regions of the country, forming a network of regional research consortia. The consortium setup varies depending on the culture and resources of the region. You may also explore Philippine Health Research Registry (PHRR) http://registry.healthresearch.ph. It is a publicly-available database of newly-approved health researches from 2012 onwards.
