Good day! I am Jezer Lyle A. Agustin, a senior studying history at the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas, researching a thesis entitled "The Armed Forces of the Philippines Medal for Valor (1902–2022)." I would like to request the laws (Republic Acts, Executive Orders, Proclamations, and all that may apply) involved in the creation of the award and its design and the legal background and development within the stipulated timeframe.
