Good day! The National Tax Research Center is presently conducting CBA of fiscal incentives granted by Investment Promotion Agencies. In this connection, may we request the following data/information for CY 2009-2019: (1) total amount of approved investments by firm level (2) total amount of incentives claimed (3) direct jobs generated per year (4) total value of exports (5) total value of imports. I refer to my letter of Sep 15, 2020 07:52:51 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for total approved investments by firm level, total incentives claimed, jobs generated, imports, exports.
Our response to your request is due on Oct 06, 2020 07:52:51 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because (1) our mandaluyong office was on lockdown last September 16-25, 2020 due to several of our employees having a positive result on the previously held covid-19 rapidtesting that was done in our office (2) tuguegarao city is on MECQ since October 1, 2020 hence our tuguegarao office is affected.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Nov 03, 2020 07:52:51 AM.

Our Business Processing and Regulatory Division, the division in charge of this information, also requested this message to be forwarded to you
"This refers to your request dated September 15, 2020 through our FOI page on data regarding CEZA Registered Enterprises for the years 2009 to 2019.
In line with this, we are forwading herewith said data. However, we can only provide per type of activity/industry instead of per company from 2015-2019.
