Good Day, May I request the following; 1. Updated Requirements in application for Parole 2. how to compute the minimum penalty to be served in prison by the PDL if has convicted in two or more crimes and sentenced of two or more penalties? Ex. Pedro was convicted of a crime of Carnapping and Robbery and he sentenced to suffer the penalty of 6 months and 1 day to 6 years for carnapping and 6 months and 1 day to 4 years for robbery. 3. Is the GCTA of a PDL be credited and can be added to his total time served in order to reach the minimum term of his sentence and be eligible for parole?
